Privacy Notice

Effective August 14, 2026

The short version

PitchProphet has no accounts and no logins. You can use every projection, the Prophet Locks board and the live tracker without giving us anything. The only personal data we ever hold is an email address you type into a subscribe form, or a push endpoint your browser hands us when you tap "Enable Notifications" — and you can remove either at any time.

What we store in your browser

The projection engine runs client-side, so your working data stays in your browser's localStorage and is never uploaded unless you explicitly enable cloud sync with a sync key. That includes saved projections and graded snapshots, your locally tuned model weights and tuning history, each day's Prophet Locks board, and UI preferences. Clearing your browser storage for this site erases all of it permanently — we keep no copy tied to you.

We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies of our own.

Email

If you submit the daily-props form we store your email address, the page path you subscribed from, and the timestamp. We use it for one thing: sending the daily PitchProphet email. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without contacting us. Delivery is handled by Resend, which processes your address on our behalf in order to send the message.

Push notifications

If you enable browser notifications, your browser generates a push endpoint URL and encryption keys and we store them so we can send the daily alert. The endpoint is issued by your browser vendor's push service (Google, Mozilla or Apple, depending on your browser) and is not an identifier we can read your identity from. Revoking notification permission in your browser, or clearing site data, stops the notifications; we drop endpoints that the push service reports as expired or invalid.

Advertising

We serve ads through Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-9029421562757873, published at /ads.txt). Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. We do not control that processing and we receive no personal data back from it — only aggregate revenue reporting.

You can review and change how Google personalizes ads to you at My Ad Center, and opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. See also how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Requests your browser makes to third parties

Because the engine runs in your browser, your browser contacts these services directly. Each one necessarily sees your IP address and user agent as part of an ordinary web request:

The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes request metadata (including IP address) to route and protect traffic.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. In practice the only such data we hold is a subscribed email address or a push endpoint. To exercise any of these rights — or to ask us what we hold — email hello@pitchprophet.net from the address in question, or just use the unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws.

Children

PitchProphet is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has subscribed, email us and we will delete the record.

Changes and contact

If we change this notice materially we will update the effective date above. Questions: hello@pitchprophet.net, or see the contact page.
