Current status
All data feeds are current and the model's weights are within their calibrated range.

What each state means
- OK — the cache was refreshed within the last day and is being used as-is.
- Watch — usable, but worth a look: a weight is drifting toward its clamp, or a meaningful share of the graded record ran on fallback inputs.
- Degraded — a feed has not refreshed in over a day, or a weight has railed. The model falls back to its calibrated baselines rather than using stale inputs silently, so projections stay available but are less informed.
Nothing here takes the site down. A stale feed means the engine reverts to baselines and says so on the projection; a railed weight is flagged for human review on /results and stays clamped in the projection maths meanwhile.
In the app
The live engine carries the same information inline: a data-status line above the slate reporting the age of each feed and how many of the day's starters resolved to verified profiles, and a non-dismissable notice when it is showing a cached slate rather than a live one.
